Because our garments are individually handmade and many pieces are one-of-one, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can review it.

If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for changes in size, fit, color preference, or change of mind.

Handmade Variations

Small variations in stitching, finishing, color, or construction may occur because each piece is handmade. These characteristics are not considered defects.
